The Passenger Terminal at the Port of Maceió began the year 2025, on the morning of this Wednesday (8), with the arrival of two cruise ships, resulting in the disembarkation of more than 8 thousand passengers in the capital of Alagoas. The ships MSC Grandiosa, the largest vessel sailing in Brazilian waters, and the Artania, from the company Bernhard Schulte, were the first ships of the month of January.

The advisor to the Port of Maceió Administration, Mônica Suruagy, highlighted the importance of logistics to guarantee the arrival of the two ships simultaneously. “Receiving two ships at the same time is planning that requires a lot of detail.
