The National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ) opened Public Consultation 09/2024, which deals with the leasing project for the Port of Maceió Passenger Terminal. The Public Consultation aims to obtain contributions, subsidies and suggestions for the improvement of technical and legal documents, relating to the holding of a bidding process for the leasing of an area located in the Port of Maceió, called TMP - Maceió, intended for the movement of passengers. 

The legal drafts and technical documents relating to the TMP - Maceió public consultation are available at this link. The date of the public hearing will be defined soon. The period for making written contributions extends until 11:59 pm on October 10, 2024, exclusively through and in the form of the electronic form available on the ANTAQ website, contributions will not be accepted sent by different means.

Attaching digital images, such as maps, plans and photos, will be permitted exclusively via email: annex_audiencia092024@antaq.gov.br upon identification of the taxpayer and within the deadline stipulated in this notice. Sending the attachment by email does not exempt you from sending the contribution in writing in electronic form.

If the interested party does not have the necessary resources to send the contribution via the electronic form, they may do so using the computer at the General Secretariat (SGE) of this Agency, in Brasília/DF, or at its Regional Units, whose addresses are are available on the ANTAQ website.
